Contextual "Going to Shop" Ping No Longer Works on Friendly Shop During Laning

In previous patches, using the contextual ping on your own team's shop would trigger the "Going to Shop" ping. In the current patch, pinging your own shop no longer triggers the "Going To Shop" ping — but oddly, pinging the enemy shop does.
