I don't even recognise the sound to say what ability/whatever caused it. But during round 2 of this street brawl match some sound bugged and could be heard everywhere constantly even through the other rounds on other lanes.
Yes.. it was very grating. Hard to hear anything else and just a bad sound to listen to without stop in general.
