Constant graphics driver crashes

This game constantly causes my graphics drivers to crash. It happens at least once in every game.
What I've done to attempt fixing it:

• Lowering in-game graphics settings
• Disabling secondary monitor
• Closing all other applications
• Installing a higher wattage PSU
• Reinstalling drivers using DDU
• Reinstalling the game

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
Memory: 16GB DDR4
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600
OS: Windows 10
