constant crash issue

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10600KF CPU @ 4.10GHz 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
GPU: Intel Arc A770

game will run fine at first til i get into a game and try and open the curiosity shop by pressing B the whole game crashes
the goes into a death loop where every time it gets past the first loading screen it crashes
then when i do finally manage to get to the main screen to rejoin
it crashes once it tries to load me back where i was

i recently even seen that i was banned from pubic because of it until a certain time and it is not even my fault

oh and anytime i go to verify my files to see if that can fix the issue steam never gets past 0%
i pretty much then have to uninstall and reinstall
then sometimes i get stuck in a download queue cause im sure a bunch of people are trying to DL it right now lol

I've had a similar issue when loading into matches. I have had the game crash a couple of times when opening the shop. Commenting and following for increased visibility. I'm having a blast when the game works, but its very frustrating that it crashes so consistently.
