Constant bans when failing to load into a match

I have been constantly getting temp bans when failing to connect to a match.
When i find a match it start loading but after a short time it kicks me back into the lobby and gives me a temp ban.
It also doesnt show any new matches in my match history.

It started with 1 day bans but now i am up to a 5 day ban.
Is there any way to lift this ban and/or prevent future bans.

I tried loading into a game at 5am IST today, it said match found and then deadlock closed suddenly and i was staring at my desktop, opened it again to see a 2 hour ban!


Went to sleep opened it right now, game froze at match found again and launching again, I have a one day ban, Please help!

I'm having the exact same issue and I'm very frustrated by it.

I started queuing up for a match, crashed, re-opened the game. Hit with low priority queue for 2 matches, and banned for 24 hours.

I have only abandoned 1 single match since playing the game, yet I'm hit with heavy penalties because when my game crashes for starting a match I get penalized, this is ridiculous. To my knowledge there's no penalty for cancelling matchmaking, the game crashing should be handles as canceling matchmaking not abandoning a game.

I completed my two low-priority matches without any issues and then played two additional matches normally. However, at the end of the second match, I received a one-day ban for no reason whatsoever.

edit: In the second-to-last match, I left only because another player had already abandoned the game, and the system allowed me to exit without penalty. I do not have a habit of abandoning matches.

same thing just happened to me i pressed reconnect after restarting and i got a 24h ban + low prio queue despite abandoning once ever w/o a crash
