Consistent Low Performance

RTX 3080 Intel i7 10th gen and im getting lows and averages in the 20s and 30s in teamfights and just the beginning of the game its 50-60. In the new patch the performance needs major attention because this is unfun and rediculous it runs worse than THE FINALS.

Lows of 10's actually its insane. Any more details of the system il be happy to give. This happens on no other game on this system

I have the nigh the same setup, 3060 and i7, and I noticed a massive fps drop as well

I have the same problems. Whenever I hit tab I also get a short freeze.
