Connected to high ping server

I'm on EU servers (UK) and I don't know the server I was connected to but I'm playing a game with 168ms ping, match ID 17373505. Unplayable at >70ms.

Just had this. In UK and was playing in an EU match with 168-170ms capped the whole game. No one else on my team besides me and my duo had this problem.
