Not actually but pretty much the character from Invincible. They'd be melee-focused like Abrams, but as a threat-of-activation support with its own extra-late-game scaling mechanic (source credit here): Melee is a claw swipe with scaling theatrics, the gun is a long barreled six-shooter, & abilities are animated with extra-edgy black-red lightning. They are:
1. Buff self, gaining spirit and a charge of stamina every 4 seconds.
2. Mechanically puddle punch but with numbers like Pugna's Nether Blast.
3. Gain a buff consumed for damage by your next melee attack, granting permanent weapon damage if it is a last hit.
4. Ultimate. This ability is activated to move so far as ball lightning by consuming a point of stamina or is held to do so continuously while draining stamina. It follows the player's camera as best it can, which is controllable throughout.
