My PC is a piece of shit that tends to completely shut off when opening higher-fidelity games for the first few times, including Deadlock. Today was a bit different as I was actually able to make it into queue before my first shutoff, however shortly thereafter it powered off as usual. After that point, however, when I rebooted and tried to queue again, it said I was banned from playing for 6 hours. The shutoffs tend to happen around big "processing spikes" so it's possible I got a match which caused the shutoff which subsequently triggered the dodging/abandonment punishment system. Either way I think the ban system needs improvement to help avoid cases like this, as well as provide the reasoning behind the ban on the little popup.
