Compress Cooldown doesn't seem to reduce cd's of ults properly on Sinclair

Tested on Celeste, when buying Compress Cooldown and imbuing on Sinclair's 4, stealing Celestes ult always gives 42 sec cd with or without the item, but when having Superior Cooldown now it seems to get the cd reduction and it gives a 32 sec cooldown
