Completely Region Locked / Incorrect Network Location (not related to region override)

I had problems with not being able to reach any datacenters and I have a feeling this is the reason :

A week ago my game stopped working completely and it was telling me I couldn't reach ANY data centers therefore not letting me queue anything other than sandbox map, it started randomly. It seemed to have fixed itself and after talking to other people who have the issue we seem to all be having the same problem.

I can still play but I am completely region locked into NA servers (I think, my server is ALWAYS "dfw2" sitting at around 150 ping). It makes me playing with my IRL friends impossible as we have to sit in a 20 minute queue since their network location is completely normal, the new MMR disparity system isn't helping either xD

All of us from the EU have some sort of this for our network location :

Citadel Play Controller] Network location: dfw2=135+13,dfw=/135+13,atl=/154+13,ord=/155+13,lax=/166+13,iad=/167+13,sea=/186+13,lim=/234+13,hkg4=268+26,hkg=/268+26,sgp=/306+26,tyo=/320+26

As far as we know this is a similar network location to NA players (asked my NA friends and some randoms)

and ALL of my EU / UK friends without the problem have this :

I know for a fact this used to be my network location too as I like to scroll through console a lot and it caught my eye.

Have yet to find a fix or anything that could possibly fix it, but it's getting really annoying not being able to play with anyone / having to play ranked at 150 ping.

To add onto this, in the last day my game has randomly been picking up helsinki as a network location



Still can't play on my EU servers but it's a start.

I have a similar issue but I'm in south america and sometimes it matches me to NA servers
