Communication ban immediately after first one expired

Got communication ban first time and that was really okay, I deserve it. This ban ended today, but when I played a couple of ranked games I got banned again for no reason.

Dealt with the same shit. First one fair enough had a bad day. Then I hopped back into ranked nothing but positive focused comms. Banned on a 4 win streak while performing really well each game. What.

You are in every ban thread advocating that it's full of false positives. I bet you're being more toxic than you realize.

I’m not even trying to justify it, for me, de facto, a second ban for 3-4 games after the first is not a healthy practice, obviously this is too little data to make a decision on a ban for days, usually 3-4. And yes, you're right, I'm a toxic player, moreover, from Dota 2. But I will respect the system if it is adequate.

When i got first ban its make me chilldown and think about my behavior cus its was fair.I deserve it. when the ban ended I played with the intention of watching what I said and did it. Then i got second one for nothing. On second one its make me feel like 'I will report every even slightly toxic player and never will use voice or text again' and here we have a useless witch hunt. Every system have its purpose. Behavior systems should be realistic one. I belive now we have a bug one, that all.

Hey, it seems like there is a lot of issues where people get banned for communications after their last ban. same thing happened to me. First ban was from Saturday 20:30 Prague time, 48 hours. Now, from Tuesday same time -> Saturday.

The first ban could be justified, I was toxic, but the second one not, I think, I didn't play many games, and I paid attention to what I'm saying. Last game before banned second time I had an eternus mirage who went afk for 6 minutes because he was 3/9 and told enemies to finish fast (in ranked) so I reported him. I assume he reported me back, and that's why...

Let's hope this will gets fixed, because I don't mind getting a deserved ban and I'll probably get it more than once, but now it's really some kind of bug, topics appear every hour and everywhere the same pattern.

I got a comms ban when I don't even use voice chat. I can't play in ranked for two days now because ... what?! Why was my account acted on? What good is this behavior summary if we can't even see what the infraction is? If this system is automated and just flags people who get reported for any reason, it needs to change. These false bans are rampant this week, half of my friends have been comms banned and don't use voice chat unless it's imperative. If I can't play ranked then I can't get into good fair matches which means I don't have any reason to keep playing and testing and providing feedback.
