communication ban for no reason !???

okey so i join this game with some random people it goes good and then it goes bad like we losing lane and one of them got mad cause i was not giving info (using voice com) and i swear to god i was trying the best i could to text and give coms but i can't do all that together ,
anyways they were friends so one of them said report this r.....d word and called me many racist names and i genuinely did not care there is toxic people in every game but i guess they were friends they all reported me.
after the game ends i join another game it went well after that i saw the communication ban for like 3-4 Days and i was shocked like how is that a thing in any game you get reported by some dush bags and i get banned just cause i did not use voice chat ???!!!!
never ever seen that in any game i just stopped playing it was so sickning please if anyone reads this or developers i need an answer....

Maybe it looks funny, but we already have hundreds of post saying about unreasonable restrictions, where some people get chat restriction EVEN WITHOUT PLAYING GAME (like this: https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/comm-ban-with-no-games-played.43840/)

same here! I was playing and this random dude was being insanely racist and homophobic over the mic and then after the match I GOT BANNED!?!?

The devs haven't addressed it and groups of people are outright banning others just for fun. I pretty much quit playing because it's not worth it to bother dealing with this community. All it takes is one dude with an attitude to start a chain of events leading to bans just because he doesn't like you. I've been banned because our bottom player who was actively inting decided to report me along with his 2 friends. It's pathetic at this point. Especially since it blocks you from playing ranked. So not only does this promote people to stop talking in ranked or communicating at all. But it removes all interest in unranked because of how unhinged and stupid this system is. Any game where groups are qued. Someone is guaranteed to be getting banned after.
