Comm Ban with no games played

I've had a very bad situation: On October 30, I got blocked for 2 days for toxic behavior. I admit that I got into an argument with one player in one game and I am generally willing to recognize this blocking as fair (although if I only got one report, it's not great).I waited to unblock until November 1. In all that time I haven't played a single match. When I logged in on November 2, I found that I was blocked until November 15. I don't understand what reason this could be. I really want to play this game and get new ranks. Two weeks is no longer a tolerable date, so I ask for your help.
I will reiterate that I have not played a single match, but I received a second lockout
