I know someone else posted this here and on reddit too, but this item would give slowing bullets some use on builds as its probably never picked. It would also help scale backstabber a bit into late game.
It would be like leech where it combines two T2 items into one T4.
Slowing bullets part would have the build up per shot for what each character has, like McGinnis would still be +10%.
Then Backstabber would have some spirit scaling like *0.1 so that way it scaled a bit as people get more HP.
Maybe the +20% enemy footsteps sound distance is too much.
