"Code Assertion Failed"

Appeared when attempting to buy from the item store while tower was up, said I was not near a store.

Broadcast Minidump closes the popup, but multiple outcomes can occur:
1. The error goes away, but tends to appear again later while the game logic stutters more and more
2. The error immediately reappears
3. The game fully crashes
4. The game disconnects you from the lobby
5. The game is frozen while the kill feed keeps moving, then eventually disconnects you from the lobby

I've gotten 3 of these so far in different places with different codepaths, hard to tell what is causing it. I've done "Always ignore this assert" each time.

The two times I remember it happening:
1. Selling an item (HVM)
2. Split second before Grey Talon's ult hit me
