Climbing/Vaulting invisible wall

Specific area inside base has a wall that is vaultable/climbable over despite its location. See timestamp 0:14 of the 1st clip below for it in a real game. Also managed to reproduce it in a solo match with sv_cheats and citadel_hero_testing_enabled in the 2nd clip. Both clips were recorded using the beta Steam recording functionality.
