Clients extrapolate orb forming animation by less than they should

This is me testing a tick perfect orb pop (orb pop time displayed by server mod) with net_fakelag 75. You can see I have to click several frames/ticks before the orb spawn sparkle appears. There is extrapolation and I see the sparkles spawn before the orb model based on ping, but it's not enough to compensate.
