Client side macro shortcut bug report (video attached)

I sometimes accidentally press my mouse macro(for a unrelated program - eartrumpet, to control application audio) and i have accidentally activated it here(notice the audio muting for a split second) while squeezing my mouse(it happens, not ideal). The macro is: CTRL+ALT+SHIFT(see the issue?)+NUMPAD / . Do i change the macro so it doesn't happen again or is this something that can be (Valve pls) fixed?. The mouse is a glorious model I, running Windows 10(for now). Note: i have played for 105 hours and this bug just happened today, and i did use the macro before and it didn't happen at all. That's it. That's the bug report.
