Tier 4 upgrade to Healing Nova.
Purges debuffs on teammates in an 11m radius, and heals them for 30% Max HP over 4 seconds.
Doesn't work on stun.
Essentially I feel like there should be something in tier 4 for support players, and healing nova being a component for it would be perfect considering how it falls off in effectiveness around mid game. Its cooldown should definitely be kinda long, probably the same as if not longer than healing nova.
