Citadel .pvk file corrupted costs me multiple games and multiple ban, can anyone in the dev clear my low priority queue issue cause this is not the RE

I have been banned multiple times because of this . and pushed back to Low priority rank multiple times already . Please resolve this cause this is very unfair
