I know there are multiple threads dating back 6+ months that this is happening, and if it is taking this long to fix it it must be a difficult problem to solve. If that's the case, then please don't punish us, the players, for the bug. The game crashes and forces it to "redownload content" which sometimes gets stuck at 0%. This causes us to abandon the game and getting banned. Please don't ban us for a bug.
