citadel pak01. vpk corrupt

Once every couple of matches my game will crash and tell my that the vpk files are corrupt, This will happen right when I load into a match or sometimes during a match. I was wondering if anyone has found any fixes and if there is anyway or reduce my matchmaking ban due to the crashing

Go into your PC's BIOS and lower your RAM speed/set it to Automatic. Used to have this issue constantly and that fixed it for me.
