Cheater report: Aimbot

42% headshot rate does not sound like an aimbot to me but rather a fairly decent player.

Probably plays a lot of valorant or other fps where headshots are a key mechanic and 42% headshot isnt considered good.

I just watched the replay it's plain as day including him shooting at heads behind walls.

42% headshot rate is absurd. How could you ever consider that normal?

Though that isn't the actual rate of headshots on this image. 42% of the damage dealt was from headshots. Headshots deal +90% damage (by default). Odds are the actual headshot rate is pretty close to 40-50% since only 50% of their overall damage dealt was dealt by Direct shots and, from what I understand, actual headshot rates even for high ranks, on a real person is closer to 25-30%. Anything higher than that is suspicious.

Edit: After reviewing some of the top players ranked in Deadlocktracker, they all come in at around 20-25%, capping out at maybe 28%. This is blatant cheating

this is what i was meaning. My bad for reading the chart wrong.

Either way, 40-50% headshots does not equal aimbotting. Ide be more likely to agree to smurfing. averaging 25% headshots against other high skilled players makes sense. Take that same person and put them in an Et lobby where lots of people have bad movement and that number will go up.

I didn't say that 40-50% is certainly aimbotting.

I said anything over 25-30% was suspicious. You're original post was dismissing the headshot rate as "a fairly decent player" where it is most certainly not normal. 27% headshot rate is top 3% of all players in Deadlock. Considering that there's around 17k current player count, that's top 500 players.

40-50% is going to be top 0.3% (assuming that leap is a standard deviation). which means top 50 players. Having one of the most accurate players show up in a match that isn't Ascendant/Eternus is just... not going to happen.

They would if they are smurfing and would likely pull numbers like this if they were. Someone gettgn 25% or higher headshot rating against top 1% players is going to have a much higher rating against lower rated players.

But this is mostly a mute point. I already said I miss read the chart and walked back my statement about head shots. But rather saying that 42% headshot damage doesnt sound like aimbotting. If it is, thats a pretty shitty aimbot imo and they should get their money back.
