I dont think they do anything to cheaters anymore at this point.
Ive had more bebop cheaters too. I report them , and I still run into them...

This kills my desire to play the game knowing theres more and more cheaters without any action from the devs.

I don't see how he is aimbotting? I watched the video and he just looks like a CS player.
