Warden killed Krill despite Krill having Cheat Death off cooldown.

I was able to recreate it in testing with infinite rounds + armor piercing rounds. Doesnt happen every time. Unsure if just rare or needs both or neither items. All of the infenus in this video had cheat death. I procced it repeatedly until one time it just didnt activate.
