Chat wheel only uses the first set sub-menu

The chat wheel is bugged I can't use any sub-menu sections other than the first I set it to (first set to headed to lane). Making me unable to communicate with/ teammates on controller since the chat wheel lets me point things out to them without needing the keyboard or mic.
