Chat Wheel only verbally only calling "headed to lane" even when set to other settings AND Leftmost submenu only one that opens correctly

While having the chat wheel set to "Defend Lane" every hero I've played instead says "headed to lane" despite the chat properly displaying "defend <lane>". Also, when having multiple options that include the sub-menus, only the sub-menu on the left-most side properly appears.
