This behaviour is logical if one were dragging the actual chat and not using the scroll bar, sort of like on a phone, but not while using the scroll bar, and clicking into the chat window closes it (not that I would want a phone-style chat). When dragging the scroll bar up and down, dragging down moves it up, and dragging up moves it down, which is backwards to what is expected. I would like to add that scrolling using the scroll wheel while hovering over the chat window does function as expected, the only strange part is the scroll bar.
