Chat box cut off

it's minimal, yet slightly annoying, but the last message sent in chat is always cut off. Additionally I think chat box being visible on screen at all times similar to Dota would be nice, as well as all chat, if that isn't already added.

+1, also noticed you can't scroll back in chat to view history

Yeah this is kind of annoying. In the meantime you can press the down arrow key whenever you open it

fwiw you can use arrow keys to scroll up and down when the input box is active
