Character stuck on Rem's vent

I was playing a match with yamato while in a teamfight i got a sttuter and then got tped to a rem's vent and couldnt get out of there until the end of the match.

i was just wondering if there was something to kill me like that, well good to know now, sadly that match ended lol

Ohh and if information is needed, watching the clip i got hit while dodging by the 2nd ability of venator, ¿the shotgun? and it clipped me to the vent

This also happened to me! Will remember this command in the future. Additionally, when I disconnected to see if that would fix it. It would not let me reconnect.
