Character freeze when switching tabs

When switching tabs/screens results in the player's character model freezing and unfreezes after a period of time or switching characters.

I experienced the same bug yesterday! Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to replicate it.
I've provided the clip (the 5-second mark is when I Alt-tabbed).
I've also provided a screenshot of the game's settings when the bug occurred.
