Character Audio Missing

With the balance patch that released yesterday some character audio is missing from my game(EG Grey Talon M1 sound effect Ult voiceline and sound effect/Infernus Ult sound effect)
I updated my drivers on the odd chance that caused it, i've reset my audio/changed output/input with no changes. Haven't tested more characters I'm not sure if there are more, anyone else run into this?

Testing further I do not have ultimate voicelines/ ultimate sound effects for any of the cast. And most M1 gunshot sounds are either muffled or missing

Seems to have been a file issue, after verifying integrity sound effects are back
