Hi! I think Reactive Barrier is a very unfun and difficult item to effectively play around in the early game. I think it tapers off which is its only failing for games-- which means its very particular in its usage. It's something you buy FOR someone you believe to be problematic and thats it. I think that for what it does, it deserves to have some counter balance to it. I propose a change suiting the item:
Adrenaline, with very little changes other than a vulnerability state after the shield times wear off, which makes you weaker to spirit or weapon. (Both?) I think for how much weight reactive barrier puts up, this should a be a fair change. Maybe some additional movement speed after the active?
