Changing monitors

I want to play fullscreen on my second monitor. On windows the game launches on my first monitor, and when i try to change monitors, i cant change to the monitors full resolution.

This vexes me. Its very difficult to run two monitors and play this game. Have to enable only one monitor! Even primary display sometimes isnt one it opens on. Winkey+arrow key doesnt work because game's resolution stays the same (assuming monitors with different resolution+hz) or sometimes it pops back to previous monitor

edit: long story short it does not like changing monitors without restarting

Set this value in the game launch options and it will always run on another monitor:
-sdl_displayindex 1 (1 - it's monitor index, 0 - default monitor)
