First of all, I do want to preface this by saying the changes to silver in the patch notes have all but killed her. I'm going to propose some QOL changes to her that might remedy this.
1. Shrink her model in wolf form by 25%, no reason she should have less health and resist than Mo and be 2x his size.
2. Massive change to how her ult works. Given how weak it is now, it is basically a detriment to turn into wolf form mid fight. Her human form is actually better than her wolf form now. So the change I recommend is, you have to build up bloodlust to activate your ult per usual, BUT... it no longer decays, or at least takes 15-20 seconds to decay. Furthermore, you do not automatically transform into wolf form, but instead can activate the ability just like any other ultimate. This gives you control of when to wolf out or not. Finally, give her drifter claw ranged attack in wolf form. She is the only pure melee character in the game, and it is so easy to counterbuild her with items to make certain she cannot get to you with her claws. You've shredded her tankiness to ribbons, might as well give her a fighting chance especially since her movement speed buff has been stripped off her ult.
The philosophy boils down to this. If you are a melee character, you SHOULD have more health and damage reduction than other heroes, you should also have more movement speed to compensate you having to gap close to do any damage or be any kind of threat. These recent patch changes are ridiculous, they have killed the melee fantasy of the werewolf, so might as well give them drifter claws and call Silver Drifter 2.0 when she enters wolf form. Extend the range of her tail swipe to shoot it in a wave in front of her, make her bite send out a shadowy wolf effigy forward at an enemy at a range of up to 15-20m, cause clearly you do not want her to be a melee character.
