Changed resolution, game unplayable.

I changed my resolution midgame and now the game is unplayable, the resolution itself was changed, but now in looks like a picture in a picture, i can`t access any menus, they just do not appear, i can`t even close the game, change the resolution and i`m pretty sure i`m not in low prio due to this. Reinstalled the game and that didn`t help.

EDIT: can fix this by changing launch options in steam directly.
