change goose egg damage penalty to be versus players exclusively

buying this item just means you get shoved into guardian every wave and that kinda sucks

i feel like thats a bigger problem than its negligible stats or spm/statgain amount

there is potential that it could be TOO good but it'd be worth trying i think
