Chance after subsequent matches that half of the Radial Menu will disappear

I was playing a regular deadlock game(Match ID: 54181754), right after I played one match, and I noticed that half of my radial dial was missing. I'm pretty sure this would remain so for the whole game, which is very disappointing. Not exactly sure why this happens, but it seems to have a chance at happening after each subsequent game.
