The movement sparkles show up in the Hideout, but the moment you queue up and enter a match, they're gone. I don't know if that's intentional, but the sparkles feel like part of the visual language of her design (as a movement hero) so I feel like they should be in the game too. Also, they're way too fun to look at to see them only in the Hideout.
