Capacitor works strange against Burrow

So, If you use Capacitor on Burrow
1. It will clear MnK resists but not move speed (Move speed should because it's move speed buff and Capacitor should remove all buffs)

2. When you start shooting at the burrowed MnK, he will start jumping strangely out of its burrow

This slow is thing is from item description but this Burrow movespeed buff is back after 5 seconds of this debuff

Every speed buff is aplied once per ability use and
It's actually a 3rd bug, every other channeled ability is disspelled by Capacitor (Check Haze's invis, Kelvin's path, Viscous's cube and etc, they all are fully removed by Capacitor but Burrow is not)
