Capacitor is able to cleanse Bridge Buffs

I don't know if this is intentional, but I had a friend say the bridge buff they claimed got cleansed by Capacitor, and I went into practice to check, and it does. I don't know if that's intentional or not, but that doesn't seem like good game design in the slightest.

I mean I can agree it's strong but it is a buff and the item does remove buffs so I'm not sure why it would be a bug.
