Capacitor doesn't remove abrams charge buff fully

Capacitor, which removes buffs, doesn't fully purge Abrams charge, instead, it makes abrams slow down in his charge (but the charge animation is cancelled) but if he contacts you to a wall, you still remain stunned and take damage
