cant use voice chat /all chat

After todays update/patches i have been completely unable to use voice chat and /all chat, enter wont pull up chat and my ptt isnt working, ive double checked my inputs even to make sure they didnt reset after the update but everything checked out. I dont believe im banned from vc either because ive never said anything harsh to my teamates or the opposing team. pls help

I havent tested voice chat myself, but I have also noticed that all chat stops working specificaly after the victory/defeat screen.
