Can't use text and voice chat on heroes with custom keybinds set

Cannot use text chat or voice chat while playing as a hero with custom keybinds set. If playing a hero with no custom keybinds, the chat and voice binds work fine.
Using console commands to bind the commands to keys works.

EDIT: As a temp fix for those viewing this thread.

Clear the key binding from the keybinds menu, (don't rebind) then use the console (F7) to rebind them directly. IE: bind T "+voicerecord"
Chat commands are say_chat and say_chat_team

+1 .. but resetting keybinds does not work for me. Even after rebinding via console commands.

Patch must have been rushed out with the number of bugs it created.

Make sure not to rebind them, just clear.
Keys that are used in the keybind menu don't work for bound console commands, so they need to not be bound there.

I can use voice, but I cannot use chat. It keeps unmapping RETURN and SHIFT+RETURN.

EDIT: and I have to manually set LMB as my primary fire for EVERY hero that has custom keybinds (all of them).
