Can't use mouse to turn in any way after alt+tab

alt tabbed between discord and deadlock during the start of a game. landed off the zipline being unable to turn my character in any direction, but could use any of my other mouse buttons

+1 on this bug, Match id 3176255. Reproduceable for me by riding the zipline back to base, then alt tabbing to another window or hitting the windows key and clicking on another window, then clicking back into the game. Mouse buttons and keyboard will work as usual, but it will not register the mouse movements to turn the camera.

I have the same issue.
If I go out of the game and then come back the mouse movement are jerking.
The only way to solve it is to close the game.
