Camera lock / can't use skills bug

I keep getting this bug where my camera locks in the direction im facing and I completely lose the ability to turn or use any abilities. It feels like the bug is connected to alt tabbing the game but I can't replocate it. I've had it happen 4 times over the last 2 nights and the way to remove the bug seems wildly inconsistent. One time parry fixed it, another time pausing and once using an ult fixed it, it might possibly be fixing itself after 2 minutes or something. No amount of tabing in and out fixes the issue and often being unable to play for 2 min ruins games for my team.

This happened to me after opening the shop. After reading your issue, my next suspicion is that I had alt pressed to upgrade abilities while doing so. The only thing that seemed to fix it for me was dying.

I had it a few days ago. my buddy just had it happen last game.
he tried alt tabbing and dying, neither worked. we couldnt rejoin after either.

Hello everybody!
Probably, I found how to fix the bug, when Your camera is freezed, stoped moving. At least it helped me to fix this problem.

1. You should find file called "user_keys_0_slot0.vcfg" in game folder: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg.
Then you will see, probably, something like this:


2. You should remove ALL text and PASTE this DEFAULT config:
"config"
{
"bindings"
{
"F7" "toggleconsole"
}
}

3. Save changes.

4. Additionally, I think You should remove file, which name is "user_keys_0_slot0.vcfg_lastclouded".
