Can't use abilities that are bound to mousewheel when crouched or sliding

I think this stopped working after the settings overhaul. Thanks!

Edit: I've just noticed this only happens when crouch/slide is bound to ALT. I've seen other threads with issues relating to ALT being bound to different things.
