E Evelyz New member Nov 7, 2024 #1 There's no reason it shouldn't be possible to tab+[1234] to upgrade abilities while stunned, but it's doesn't do anything when you do that while stunned. I've experienced this with many heroes (e.g. Shiv) against many stun sources (e.g. Ivy's 3).
