Can't see detailed hero stats in shop and/or character selection screen

Nothing happens when I hover the mouse cursor over the shop tabs (with or without shift) and pictograms on the right side when selecting a hero. Screenshots don't show the mouse cursor, but you can see the highlighted green tab in the shop and the gun pictogram in hero selection screen (that's where my mouse cursor was)

Having the same problem, as is everyone I've talked to since the last big patch. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Until they fix this you can view the detailed stats by hovering over the investment bars instead
